Female to Male underwear. This brief is extremely comfortable to wear with a great solution to hold a packer in place. There is a hole which the packer can go through to keep it in place. Please be aware, that smaller packers may be too small for this style of underwear.  They do come up small, so look at the next size up when ordering. We have this in a Medium, Large, XL and 2XL. It's made of cotton and polyester and washes the same as any other underwear.
