Female to Male underwear. This brief is extremely comfortable to wear but has a great solution to hold a packer in place. On the inside there is a pouch where you can put your packer to keep it in place. If you find your packer is too small for it to sit in and stay there, just a couple of stitches at the bottom of the pouch, making it smaller, will help hold the packer in place. They do come up small, so look at the next size up when ordering. We have this in a Medium, Large, XL and 2XL.
